You can use the same methods around your wrist to determine total size if you don’t have a cuff to use. If you stack bracelets, you may want to go a little larger for wiggle room, but if you only wear one bracelet at a time, a snugger fit is usually okay. If the cuff is very wide, you will generally need a larger size than usual.
