It is 2-1\/4 inches wide and measures 5-3\/8 inches around the inside plus a 1 inch gap (6-3\/8 inches total). It is seen in the photos *just* fitting a 6-1\/4 inch wrist, so 6 to 6-1\/4 is where you want to be. We do not suggest adjusting the size on this old girl as it may result in a misshapen bracelet. While this cuff is old, it is still in beautiful wearing condition so long as it is taken care of properly. If you stack bracelets, you may want to go a little larger for wiggle room, but if you only wear one bracelet at a time, a snugger fit is usually okay. If the cuff is very wide, you will generally need a larger size than usual.
