Refund policy
- We accept all returns and exchanges (except for custom orders or otherwise noted on the product listing) made within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
- Custom orders and customized wedding gowns are nonrefundable/exchangeable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- All items must remain in a brand-new condition to be accepted for a return or exchange, items will be inspected before the request may be completed.
- A dry cleaning fee may be deducted from your refund if needed.
- To request a return or exchange please email us at awesternwedding@gmail.com and include the following. (Please allow 2-3 days for a response.)
- Name
- Order number
- Return or Exchange (if exchanging please include the details of the replacement item)
- Reason for the request
**Please allow up to one business week for your refund to be processed, I am one person, and I get married very soon so it does take a few days for me to processes returns/exchanges**
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped you should receive an email with the tracking number. When your order has been handed over to the post office, we no longer have any control over the package and can unfortunately no longer make changes to your order. If there is an issue with the tracking of your order please contact UPS or USPS to file a search or claim.
**International Orders** If your order shows as delivered prior to arriving to your country or shows as delivered in New Jersey, this means your package has arrived at the customs location. Unfortunately, there is no standard timeframe for how long your package will remain in customs, and I, unfortunately, have no additional information on this. Once the package leaves customs your tracking number will automatically update.
*Once the order is in transit we are no longer responsible for the order and are not held responsible for issues incurred in transit, this includes refunds for lost packages*
****If you contact us, please generally allow 3-5 business days, during business hours for us to respond. As I get closer to my wedding this may increase, but will resume to normal afterward****
