Shipping policy

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped you should receive an email with the tracking number. When your order has been handed over to the post office, we no longer have any control over the package and can unfortunately no longer make changes to your order. If there is an issue with the tracking of your order please contact UPS or USPS to file a search or claim.

*Once the order is in transit we are no longer responsible for the order and are not held responsible for issues incurred in transit, this includes refunds on lost or damaged packages*
